About Me
I build the systems players actually feel: enemy AI, save and load, inventory, state machines, and the plumbing that holds a game together. Most of my work lives in Unity and C#, with a growing amount of C++ in Unreal. When I'm not in an engine I'm usually building web tooling, which is where I picked up TypeScript, React, and Node.
I finished my coursework for a B.S. in Game Design & Development at RIT. The degree is conferred once I complete the second of two required co-ops, so I'm actively looking for a co-op or entry-level gameplay programming role. My first co-op was at EchoStor, where I worked across ServiceNow and ITGlue and built internal workflow automations in Power Automate.
Two years as a head cook taught me scheduling and communication under pressure. Ship on time, call out clearly, keep your station clean. That translates more directly to shipping software than it sounds like it should.
